ODAWO “Odweine Development and Welfare Organization” is structured according to the following system:

Board of Directors: There is a board of directors governing overall management of the company, board is compromised of 5 professionals as follows:- 

1: Board members:

3. Ahmed Mohamed Yusuf (Secondary/Diploma - Secretary) 

4. Hafsa Ahmed Dirie (Admin. & Management - Member) 

5. Abdirahim Muhumed Ahmed (Business Administration - Member)

2: Executive Committee:

1. Artan Mohamed Jama (Degree of Public Administration - Executive Director) 

2. Mohamed Dahir Farah (Degree BA - Deputy Director)

3. Sakariye Abdilahi Yusuf (Degree in accountancy & management. - Finance officer)

4. Mohamed Yusuf Roble (Degree. Social sciences - Programme manager)

5. Eng. Farah Abdisalam (Director of Corporate and Major Funding)

Administrative Operation: 

ODAWO administrative structure comprises three departments of Admin/finance, program and fundraising department; each department is headed by an officer answerable to the Executive Director. There is successive leadership & an effective management system. ODAWO is known as reflective to its vision and mission statement in the community work with; high-quality administrative system driven by precise policy and procedures is in place. All relevant administrative functions are in place; there are adequate Human resources to execute the administrative management functions such as, procurement, Asset management, Transport and Logistics, Supplies and Office management. Documentations, report writing and communication mechanisms are in line with the modern management systems. There are adequate physical office infrastructure, office can absorb at 15 Staff including volunteers
