Vision: 

ODAWO efforts contribute to local communities which recognise, respects, and values the socioeconomic, political, legal and environmental aspirations of marginalised and vulnerable communities, particularly youth, women and children, on an equality basis that promotes a sustainable, equitable prosperous and peaceful society. 

Mission: 

ODAWO endeavours to empower and improve the quality of life of the marginalised and vulnerable communities in the least developed parts of the country through welfare, participatory research and development, capacity building, promotion of best practices and partnership building, advocacy, and by launching sustainable and replicable innovative projects

We believe in the power of committed youth individuals and organisation who want to contribute to a sustainable development, we also believe that a thoughtful and joint action of committed youth can bring notable change in community’s livelihood and attitudes. 

Objective: 

To improve community livelihoods and strengthen social services in the areas of community services of education, water, health, environmental protection, infrastructure, roads, hygiene and sanitation. 

To empower community and strengthen realistic human rights of women and children through advocacy, awareness and outreach initiatives, reduce issues and factors affecting human lives.
